Très beau logement avec plein de charme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille des chambres, la présence d'un poele (pour la Toussaint) et l'équipement. Très bel endroit aussi avec le marché du Dimanche, les bons restaurants à deux pas (prime pour le resto Thailandais et le pub Welcome. Pas compliqué de se garer sans limitation de temps à 200m. Les alentours sont très pittoresques avec moult chateaux et curiosités géologiques. Une valeur sure.

One has an ensuite which is separated from the bedroom by a curtain not a door. The other bathroom is on the main floor just off the kitchen. The kitchen has an island with 2 tall chairs. Very useful
We stayed at Sabine’s place for three weeks and loved it. Great location, beautiful setting and the house had everything we needed. We had four bikes and were able to store them easily. Loved evening meals on the deck and the original features of the house. Highly recommend.

Sabine and Christophe could not have been better hosts and “Le Terme” was just what we wanted- a character home, close to the heart of Saint-Cyprien with all we needed to live “like a local” for 3 weeks. The gite is spacious, well equipped and charming in every way. Sabine and Christophe went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we could hope for.They were most responsive and helpful when we needed to speak with them. They are five ??hosts and their charming gite is a delight. We can’t recommend this property or it’s hosts too highly. We hope to return soon.

Sabine was a lovely host, very responsive to our needs. The apartment is well-located and quiet. Kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The rooms were of nice size too. Definitely recommend.
Une magnifique maison située idéalement dans le Périgord
Le logement, très idéalement situé, est meublé avec goût et soin. Nous avons pu profiter les soirs de la petite terrasse pour dîner tout au calme. Lorsque nous le souhaitions, nous étions également à moins d'une minute à pied des restaurants du village. Le logement est donc très pratique ! Merci beaucoup pour le logement qui était d'excellente qualité
Maison traditionnelle très bien située au cœur d'un petit village attachant du Périgord Noir. La réactivité et la qualité de l'accueil de Sabine ont permis de se sentir bien dès notre arrivée notamment par la petite attention d'un panier de produits locaux. Il est à remarquer que contrairement à certaines locations, la maison est très bien équipée que ce soit aussi bien en vaisselle qu'en produits du quotidien (cuisine et salle de bains). Cette première expérience donne envie d'y retourner à la belle saison !
This is the most beautiful home in one of the most charming little villages in the Périgord noir region of the Dordogne. Smack in the middle of town but a few streets from the main route through town, it is super quiet (except for the amazing light ringing of bells in the distance), but a few steps away from local restaurants and the wonderful Sunday market. Parking is a few steps away, there are beautiful views, a huge kitchen, two bathrooms, and nice touches when we arrived. We were left wanting for nothing.

Maison avec beaucoup de charme et bien située.
Our second stay in this superb home. We were once again visiting to check up on work on our own property nearby. The house didn't disappoint, and Sabine was a fantastic host. The property is perfectly situated for all of the amenities St Cyprien has to offer, and is an ideal jumping-off point for the many activities the region has to offer. The balcony is an added bonus.

Sehr charmantes altes Haus mitten in Saint-Cyprien, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Netter Empfang (bei Ankunft fanden sich Wein, Wasser und Kekse auf dem Küchenblock). Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner (Sabine und Christophe) vor Ort: die Agentur "En Toutes Saisons" befindet sich um die Ecke - zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Viele attraktive Ziele sind - mit dem Auto - schnell zu erreichen (Chateau de Beynac, Chateau des Milandes, Sarlat, schöne Badestellen an der Dordogne, etc.). Jederzeit wieder!
Our family of four enjoyed our stay in Saint-Cyprien so much! This is a sweet, characterful home just steps away from all the amenities of a lively town in the midst of the beautiful Périgord Noir. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful produce of the twice-weekly market in town from the comfort of the pretty terrace. A good boulangerie/patisserie is only a block away, making for very easy breakfasts! Sabine is a lovely host and has compiled a very helpful binder of information about the area, which has a veritable wealth of things to do within a 20-minute drive or less. The town is truly a living one, as opposed to a tourist one, and we enjoyed meeting the locals (and their cats!) during our evening walks, as well as participating in this year’s World Cup excitement! It’s true that guests are expected to clean the home before departure or pay an additional fee for cleaning; that said, all is provided to make cleaning an easy experience. We would definitely stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay in St. Cyprien and the chance to live in such a characterful property with great views of the village.

Great central location within walking distance of boulangeries, bars and restaurants. Easy access to many lovely tourist locations inc. various canoe/kayak rentals. Would be happy to recommend.
Excellent home in small medieval town
My wife and I spent three weeks in Le Terme during the late spring and summer. The house is centrally located in a small, historic and very scenic town that at the same time is a real working village, rather than simply a tourist destination. A few steps takes one to the main shopping street with bakeries and other stores, including a few small but good restaurants. There is a large supermarket not far away, for larger supply runs. The house itself is on two levels, with kitchen and dining/living area on the ground floor, and two large bedrooms upstairs. Everything necessary for a pleasant, convenient stay is available in the house. There is parking on the street a few steps from the door. St. Cyprien is centrally located for most of the main attractions of the Black Perigord, and lies next to the Dordogne River, so there is plenty to do just at one's doorstep. The town has a renowned market on Sundays that attracts people from all over the area. All in all, Le Terme is a very attractive rental for a couple or small family.
My husband and I have traveled to France many times and have stayed in some wonderful self-accomodating flats through VRBO and Home Away, so we had high hopes for our one month booking in St. Cyprien. Let's just say this charming flat exceeded our expectations! If location is important to you as a traveler as you explore the Perigord Noir region then this is a spot on destination! And if you insist on comfort, cleanliness, a well-organized kitchen and large, open interior spaces then look no further. This lovely property is well equipped, lovingly decorated, and well managed. Modern touches in a building full of character (oh we loved those terraces) are much appreciated! The city itself offers a fine variety of boulangerie/patisserie shops, boucheries, and a large grocery store just a few blocks away. And do not miss the Sunday Market held in the middle of St. Cyprien! We explored the many, many attractions found within easy driving distance: Dordogne River views, chateaux, medieval villages, churches and abbeys, vineyards, walnut orchards, duck and goose farms, canoe and kayak rentals, walking/hiking trails, and caves full of prehistoric paintings, sculptures, and engravings. The folks in the Tourist Information Center are very, very helpful! Thank you, Sabine, for your warm welcome (including the selection of local treats you left on the kitchen island) and for attending to our needs during our month-long stay. It was very difficult to close the door on our last day and walk away. We give your flat our highest recommendation!

A wonderful holiday. "Le Terme" was perfect and Saint-Cyprien and surrounding areas more than satisfied our french holiday needs.

We had fun on many day trips within the region. our favorites were a canoe trip down the river, visiting caves with pre-historic art, and exploring Chateau Castelnaud. Even with cool spring weather and some rain we enjoyed the castles, ancient caves, farm markets, quaint towns, spring flowers and beautiful scenery of the Dordogne. We enjoyed some meals out, but it was also fun to bring our food and wine purchases back to our well supplied kitchen to cook and enjoy. The house had all we could ask for and was clean and inviting. The owners were kind and helpful. I am hoping to return soon.
